I believe the requirements are:
- small: 5000 words or less in length
- weird: (focusing solely on the mechanical aspect) do things as differently from D&D as possible
- OSR: despite their weirdness, they must remain compatible with adventure modules, hexcrawls, dungeons and so on from at least one version of D&D
The first 2 are good.
As for the third, I think this system can be used with "adventure modules, hexcrawls, dungeons and so on from at least one version of D&D". For sure, you need to do some work to convert stat blocks. But, it is hard to imagine a weird mechanic (especially one that does "things as differently from D&D as possible") that will slip seamlessly into an old systems without some changes needed.
Happy to withdraw the submission if you feel it is outside the scope of the Jam.
