I somehow pwned a girl with a 22. to the head now I completely pwned everyone in the cafeteria of 10 dead bodies all pounded by 22 . and 9mm bullets they are all dead now everyone is dead...
if you can also add a setting for blood volume off NPCs, one thing i noticed is the lack of blood and some NPCs keep standing even when i fire, and not running to the exit or hiding probably a bug also add smaller NPCs
