Simple yet creative game. I do however have a problem with the sheeps stacking on top of each other, makes it a bit hard to shoot the one you want. Sometimes the wolves also teleport a bit to a different spot making for a very unpredictable hide maybe i'm just bad at the game :c

This game seriously has some potential, I would love to see my System I farmed up in 3D and fly around. Iterate on some more ideas such as building some farming buildings or satellites to boost output, it can be a very entertaining idle visual game

The problem I have right now is that it's a bit confusing to play and what is going on. if there was time, definitely add a dedicated tutorial.

Overall a solid game for 36 hours

Don't worry! It's defintiely a very good starting basis for expansion! If you learned a lot and had fun showing it, it's all good!

I would've loved seeing my little astronauts take care of the plant. But unfortunately the major game-breaking bug prevents me from doing so. But overall I do like the artstyle chosen. And Looking at the submission time, you probably had other things in life.

I would really like to see where you bring this game to if you had more time

Fun concept, but I felt slightly let down that there was just one level of hide n seek. But if done solo and including the visuals, then props to you! The content in the game was not sufficient to satiate my hunger for more :c

I for myself liked the visual, but I do agree with others when it comes to this game, the visibility is an importatn factor to do well in scoring.
I would keep the pots & icons as is, with maybe a little bloom effect?
The background while nice, was very busy with colors and needs to be toned down so it doesn't serve as a distraction. in this case the background tried too much to look nice and harmed the visibility of gameplay. A much simpler version might be more then sufficient

This is in any rate not a negative point on the art, it is rather a criticism on how it was utilized in the scenery.

Aside from that, I think the game would actually be much more fun if there was a set amount of pots with their set icons/colors. and the player has to collect as much correct to reach the quota. Maybe the pots should also only move in certain predictable directions or not move at all. (depending on level difficulty)

That gameloop might be the more fun alternative then an arcade high score freestyle.

Hope this feedback from a developer helped you out! It functioned very well! So props to that!

The concept was simple, it had potential!. Now I woudln't be too critical as this was a 36 hour game jam, but the models were a standout for sure, I saw them in discord, it's only a bummer I couldn't fully see them in their full details!

The gameloop is there, but it needs something extra, and that extra i was looking for were shop upgrades! I know 36 hours isn't muhc, but this is one direction you can take your game into! a Tycoon game would be very fun and fitting with the current state of the game

As for other polish, it'd be your carry capacity, it wasn't very clear how much I could carry at a time.

In general, the art was nice, but underutilized with the camera distance. The game has good idea that wasn't fully utilzied with upgrades.
If you two ever decide to continue, I would definitely recommend trying! It has potential with much more flexible time!

I love this kind of game! Maybe I'll get to work on such a concept later. But it was sufficiently entertaining. The shader/vignette effects were very nice! Quite unfortunate that there was no sound, even a simple music track would've elevated this game a lot! The only other complaint I have is that there's no "back" button when I click on the combine section. It forces me to combine the plants. Maybe another thing would be that I would've appreciated a second "level" but I think i'm asking for too much at this point.

I can only say nicely done for a solo game! I hope my feedback was insightful!

I hope I did good! The first night was a bit confusing and challenging, but once I got grip on the flow, it was pretty easy, maybe a bit too easy. I failed because of my minimalistic behaviour wanting to save as much up. I failed to notice the requirement quota because it was hard to see the actual numbers

But overall congratulations and well done for a first time game jam, especially 36 hours
A tip, the character cannot stand on the tile below the top environment borders, you may want to remove the collisions on those tiles so they can actually stand on top of those, but that's not necessary as you can farm from a distance

It was confusing at first, but once I understood what the controls were it was actually decent. Maybe a little hard having just one life and a slow income. But it definitely has potential given more time!

Thank you very much for playing! I apologize, I would have added that quality of life improvement if some more time was available.

A simple yet entertaining game! Nicely put together, the only complaint I have is that it's a bit hard to know thjat I lost a life. a nice screenshake or red flash or even a simple UI "X" image appearing would've made it perfect!

Same can be applied to the countdown, I felt it would be better as a whole transparent sprite and have it count down instead of inside the text.

But overall, well done on art, sound and the whole gameplay experience, it functions well!

Much appreciated! There were still some rough edges, especially on the sprite ordering, but time was ticking!

Hopefully you had a great time snatching those veggies away from the farmers!

Thank you! We sincerely hoped you had a great experience! Hippity Hop your carrots are now my property! :D

Thank you for playing our game!
