Bug, apologies didn't see the error code however, I was double poisoned by wave 10, the poison killed me, I revived due to phoenix feather, the spider attacked, and I died again (Not the bug) then the game crashed, flashed 3 errors and I had to reload. Hope this is helpful lol.
