Thanks. That helped. The only other thing I should point out involves the music used by specific skins. Sometimes, the loops tend to be broken and thus become imperfect. I have this skin called (2.0) Tweaked Super Mario World Skin, which I would assume would be for the outdated base 2.0 version, since I'm currently using 2.0.6B, like I said. Here's the link to said skin:

I play 2.0.6B, but there is a problem I encounter regarding assets: Sometimes, when I use custom assets, the outline will disappear on said assets while the intended transparency color remains. Why?

Love the obligatory Mario nod to how every 2nd world is a desert-themed one with the Desert room's description. Other than that, so far so good on the bugfixes.

By the way, here's to a potential 1.2. Cheers!

I notice that there's a tad of slowdown as well as some flickering shading on the character models, even on OK or below in terms of graphics settings.

Also, there's a lack of nods to specific characters outside of Marie, etc. such as your favorite Mario princess (and mine) and a certain purple-haired Japanese goddess of rock, among others.

Still has the usual flaws like clothes clipping, belly clipping through the floor, etc.. Other than that, this is an excellent release.

Could do without the flat faces, though.

All right! See you guys at the end of this month!

You mean like the Replays of every Smash game from 3DS/Wii U onwards every time a balancing update releases?

That, and there should be a way to make Badge Points easier and less grind-worthy.

My guess is that I think 1.0 will launch before Valentine's Day... But, I'm not a leaker or insider, so...

I'm wondering if we could make and add mods to the game, like a Blueberry mod inspired by CatCF, or an inflation mod, or even a mod that allows characters to sweat (with how profusely they sweat depending on how big they get)...

Outside of new Charms, I hope the following characters other than Peach and Toad, who I mentioned in a previous comment, get added to future updates:

Daisy: She could have gameply akin to her appearance in Super Mario Run.

Amy: She'd no longer be a costume for Sonic, and she'd have gameplay akin to her appearances in Sonic Origins Plus and Sonic Superstars.

Peppino: Ah, the Pizza Tower protagonist, who would be making the jump from Boll Tower to this game.

Angelo: Did you know that Mike Wiering (founder of Wiering Software) created a game akin to the 8-bit and 16-bit Super Mario games called Super Angelo? I recommend you check out the video by YouTuber, gruz (formerly killgruz), if you haven't.

Maria: Giana's Player 2 sister needs love, too.

Link: Don't think Mario's the only Nintendo mascot to enter the fray. Personally, his moveset would be similar to Zelda II: The Adventure of Link combined with his appearances in Smash 64 and Melee (as well as his Dash Attack in SSB4 and Ultimate based on the iconic OoT Jump Slash).

Samus: Another non-Mario Nintendo character who could use her Beams, Missiles, Morph Ball Bombs, and even suits. The Super Mushroom could giver her the Varia Suit, the Wave Beam, and the Super Missiles, the Feather would give her the Gravity Suit, the Space Jump, the Ice Beam, and the Ice Missiles, and the Fire Flower would give her a combination of the Varia and Gravity Suits, the Charge Beam combined with both the Spazer Beam and the Ice Beam (as well as the Plasma Beam), the Diffusion Missiles combined with the Ice Missiles, the Spider Ball, the Spring Ball, the Screw Attack, the Space Jump, and the Power Bomb.

Nabbit: The only TRUE unlockable character who is unable to use Power-Ups, but more than makes up for it by being unharmed by enemies and most hazards except lava, crushers, and bottomless pits (though if he touches an enemy, his invincible frames merely activate for a much shorter duration than most other characters).

1. Cool

2. Thanks.

Finally! Can't wait!

Idea for 1.0/1.1: Interactions between characters a la Tomodachi Life, as well as locations that characters can visit in order to gain a bit more weight (like a restaurant), and even a Happiness Points Fountain that works like the daily cash contributions in the aforementioned 3DS game.

Thanks.

Is there a way to have Miss Mayor let out huge farts without making her butt sore after you've finished her quest to cure her?

When I play this game, it seems to go into "Assassin's Creed glitchy nightmare fuel" mode.

I was hoping that Peach would be added as an unlockable character just by completing the game, no matter if you warp or not, as well as Toad for completing the game without warping in the same way you unlock World 9 in SMBTLL (except without having to repeatedly complete the game over and over again to unlock Worlds A-D).

Also, how do I move the level around in the Level Editor?

(1 edit)

According to him, it's close to 90% complete, with him having to refactor two specific locations, one of which features a familiar OC of his who always gets herself into sticky (literally) situations that wind up with Johnny Law catching up to her. ;)

P.S.: I think we can expect a teaser at least later this month close to Thanksgiving. But, I'm not a psychic, nor am I a leaker like that guy who claims an OoT Switch remake will be shadowdropped at TGA 2023...

Any chance we may get an option for inflation in place of weight gain to make characters look identical in a sense to Bonnie Vo, albeit more lightweight with a toggleable translucency effect?

Thank goodness you're not affected by Unity's new price charges.

I've been waiting for 0.6 since August 22nd. I can't wait for its release before Halloween.

I have my fingers crossed that 0.6 will be announced and/or released in either May, June, or July.

It's currently in alpha/beta, so of course more content will be added.

One day, he MAY just include it as an unlockable toggle that requires a massive amount of HP to buy. Then again, due to his strict policy against farts and other slob stuff that's not on the light side, he may not.

I think SolitaryScribbles explicitly stated that he has a strong dislike for farts. If you don't believe me, you should check the commissions page on his DeviantArt.

Here's an idea for a food item: A different form of butter that, instead of a stick, comes in a tub and has more calories as a result.

Where's the download link? :(

This game is great. I've been playing it since the 0.3 update went live.

It'd be neat if the following fixes and additions were added to the game in the future:

1. The Ability to Interact With Your Characters Like Back in 0.2.

2. Food Items Like Butter and Nachos.

3. Sliders for Belly and Arms.

4. More Personalities.

5. The Camera No Longer Clipping Through Larger Characters.

6. Decorations Like The Wall Clock and Ceiling Fan Shown in One of the Screenshots, Including Interactable Ones Like Beds and Couches and the Mirror and Box from 0.2.

7. An Arcade Where More Weight and Happiness Points Can Be Gained at the Cost of Some Happiness Points.

8. Clothes No Longer Clipping Though a Character's Body.

9. More Eyes, Mouths, Hair, Tops, and Bottoms.

10. Changing the "Try to reach 1,000,000 Blorbs" Message to "Try to reach 1,000,000 Wobbs".

11. Characters' Mouths Moving When They Speak.

12. Characters' Arms No Longer Stretching Very Far When at Massive Sizes (namely, in the Warehouse).

13. The Fullness Meter Immediately Going to 0 When It Empties Instead of Showing a Negative Number Before Snapping Back to 0.

14. Conversation Animations Adjusted for Larger Sizes.

15. Any Item That Has a Number in the 1,000 Range or Higher Properly Displaying Over the Item's Icon.

16. Level Up Bonuses Properly Updating Without Having to Leave the Apartment.

17. Characters' Arms and Hands No Longer Clipping Through Their Bodies as They Begin Gaining Weight.

18. Up to Two Characters in One Apartment (with the ability to switch between them a la The Sims).

19. Hiccups That Can Be Toggled in the Game Options.

20. More Dialog From Characters (namely, when they reach 10,000 wobbs or more where they'll talk about being immobile and wanting the player to feed them, along with other weight gain-related dialog).

21. Ill Characters Having a Green Blush.

22. Characters No Longer Standing When Rejecting Food While Moving.

23. Gretta Actually Having Dialog.

24. Larger Characters No Longer Clipping Through Walls or the Floor.

25. The Belt Buckle No Longer Going Back to Cyan After Finishing Customizing a Character.

Hope these ideas and fixes aren't too much for you, SolitaryScribbles. Keep up the good work on this game!
