Find the cats. Then go to the shop. You'll see that there's an arrow button to the right side of your screen, click it.
1. There's Nebby cats spread out all over the map. Find them and unlock scenes with Nebby.
2. Frisk has self-pleasure scenes now. Three to be exact.
3. They added a new background for one of Chara's skin, IIRC. Though I didn't check that out yet, so I'm unsure.
4. There's voice acting now. Although none for the sex scenes yet, I think.
It's easier in the previous version where you can fill your entire inventory with just Gelly Fish. Seems like they changed that.
One run. Although, you must remember to take the strange pill before going into it so you unlock the scene + the second round.

You need to unlock the drawer next to the bed to unlock these scenes. To do that, buy the key from Nebby.
Then after that you should be able to access the scenes.
The latest one, 3.5. You'll need to go back and forth between the living room and the hallway a few times to get to it
First you'll need 1000 coins
Then just buy it from her. If you can't find it, scroll down. There's a downward arrow button at the bottom of the buy menu

When I finally got the nelson scene, I stocked up with 2 Star cookies, 1 pill, and 5 gellyfish. It still took me a few tries, but I did get it.
The only objects I can interact with are the bookshelf and TV :<
