Not all Headsets (the build in software) is ideal for on the fly height adjusts. 

You SteamLink App or VirtualDesktop App you can find them on the Meta App store. Install one of those apps on your Headset to easily connect to your PC. It's recommended you connect your internet Ethernet cable from your router to your computer. (No wires needed for the Quest 3)

I add it to Steam as none Steam game to my game list then right click the game click the gear ⚙ and add in VR library. 🙏

Works ok for me Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop and SteamVR

You're better off buying here instead of waiting years for Steam Release.

If you have a Meta Quest you can adjust in accessibility in settings. Technically too increase height for wheel chair ♿ users. It's not a slider 🎚 but it will help a bit.

You have to manually check and download any new updates yourself. 

It would be good if you guys add an option so we can adjust our height ingame with a slider. 

I've seen other Unity games have this quality of life feature. The benefit of a height slider is we can play VR laying down in bed 🛏

The Steam version needs fixing one of the updates broke the paid DLC clothes for everyone.

I can comfirm Steam version works on Quest 3 with SteamLink and SteamVR. 🙏

Add a GYM level/map and you have to sneak into shower room/washing room that has 3 or 4 girls. The gym you could add at the bottom of the stairs for the apartment level. 😉
