That’s supposed to be the Lido! The Lido is where you are, in the game concept, supposed to spend your time by reading reviews and improving your infrastructure to get more customers.
After unlocking it the core game loop would look something like reading reviews -> improving existing buildings -> when everything becomes too crowded, upgrade the production facility (if needed) and the services at the Lido.
Unfortunately I was trying to make at least some aspects of the game work so I had to skip basically everything related to it (while for the rest there is at least some code). Guess it wouldn’t hurt to add some extra ways to wait for your money though, so I’ll see.
