I have played this game for pretty much every update this year and the second half of last year and I think that's enough to know that you can get out of non-con interactions if you bring the npc's pain level to full by hitting or kicking them before they tie you up (which you can resist) or take pain pills (which you can stop), but those operate on a chance system and aren't guaranteed to work 100% of the time.

Then there are settings you can edit to make NPC's kinks more align with your own as well as what genders or species you can encounter, set all that however you want and then you can just delete every NPC you encountered that you had a problem with through the "forget" feature.

You're kinda in the wrong place and asking the wrong people, because 90% of these players are into non-con and this game was almost entirely based around it too.

There are other smut games that exist that don't involve non-con like visual novels if that piques your interest, but you really shouldn't put others down for their sexual interests if they aren't hurting or being hurt by any real people.
