horror media is *meant* to make you uncomfortable. That's the ' definitive reason'. The creator pretty blatantly spells it out that you're not supposed to like this dude.

The art in this game is amazing! i love how cute Mychael is. He's adorable and sweet but oh so very very creepy. He's so cute that my partner -- who does NOT like Yanderes said and I quote " I don't care what he's doing, he's forgiven. I will adopt him if i have to, that precious bean needs love."
I'm excited to see what else happens in day 3 and beyond though! :D
I doubt heavily that 'just one more day' will indeed be only one.
