Ok, I think that might stem from me not clarifying what I meant by finishing. What I meant was fulfilling the white meter next to the heart meter, that should help but let me know if it was something different.
depending on when you get caught doing certain actions, for example getting caught while penetrating and how far along you are from finishing be able to finish
