Hello chat, my name is Generalisk and I am a 19 year old Indie Game Dev from England. I am looking to join and/or form a team for this game jam.

I primarily specialize in Programming, but I also have skills in 3D modelling and music (although they are mediocre at best, so I'd prefer to be a programmer). I specialize at C#, but I additionally know Haxe, Python, JavaScript & a bit of C++. I primarily use Unity, but can also use vanilla C# (via Raylib) & HaxeFlixel (also a little bit of Ren'Py). I also want to learn Godot, so I am also willing to join a Godot team, even if it's not as a programmer.

I also have experience with C# in general in case the teams wants to use a different engine/framework. I additionally want to learn Godot at some point, so I could always potentially do 3D modelling while I watch and learn you lot use Godot. :shrug:

Yes, the rock bottom episode from Spongebob was one of our main inspirations. We're glad that others have picked up on that.

And yeah, we would've loved to add more areas and polish the game more, but of course, time constraints.

Yeah, we wanted to make a form of "papers please" type of game (i.e "That's not my Neighbour" & "No, I'm not a human") & I think we nailed that.

Hi, we are working on A rhythm game/visual novel hybrid and are looking for someone who can (decently) replicate the j-pop style.

I also noticed that the post said the GDevelop game jam despite this being the Game off 2025, but I'm going under the assumption that that was an accident and that you actually meant this jam right here.

There are no rules against so. Plus, GitHub has it's own AI so it would be silly for them to ban it when their own service has it (and, in typical Microsoft fashion, shoves it down your throat).

Doubt since the game jam is hosted by GitHub themselves. Kinda like how Epic Games hosts A Unreal Engine Mega Game Jam every year.

Hi, your work sounds great, but what I noticed is that it consists of happy & calm/soothing music. So, out of simple curiosity, I was curious on how well you perform on the other end of the spectrum.
