I changed it without understanding how it worked and couldn't seem to fix it
Your comment on the staring schedule helped me to figure out how to do it but i recommend adding a - to what stats get decreased to make it clearer

I don't seem to be able to lower my physical stats no matter what i try (in sissy mode), which has softlocked me in the first set of progress.
