This must hit nicely with musicians, I think from a mechanics perspective the game is looking super good -- very complicated without a in-game tutorial (for someone like me who knows nothing about music).
Great game!
Thank you for playing!! I know there's one mimic that spawns inside the mesh of an object (my woopsie, completely), maybe you got unlucky with that one >< There's a variety of mimics that can be quite hard (like a second funko pop in the office desk) or quite easy (like a giant second fridge), but you bring an interesting point, random chances can make the first room very tricky. Thank you for your comment!
I came here to play some games, left with existential crisis.
Just kidding, had this a long time ago LOL I LOVE the art, it's so powerful for the theme you went. I wonder how would you expand for this? Is there a way to break the loop? Or attempts and then the realization we can't truly escape the loop?
Very cool idea! So much potential.
I think some great directions would be to have, instead of a "life bar" for the enemy tower, simply let our units to pass through the out of the map and win points. Those points can then be the currency for buying new units.
The game has the potential to be really strategy-based. With formations of units sent mattering a lot. Cool!!!
This is a fantastic idea. I got hooked into the game very fast LOL I think there's so many directions you could go with this. I think the best is that the systems and mechanics are in place, and they flow so well, I really enjoyed the transition between the two characters. Good music and SFX, and adorable art.
The game would really benefit from a tutorial level, and the adventure mode character could have a bigger role in the game overall (for instance, giving health to the fighter one). Great play at the theme!
