yes i killed all four and looted them and it won't let me use the machines
also the room at the top right of the basement won't let me interreact with the machines i've killed all the monster i could see in the room unless there are more behind the orange crystals
think i found a bug where the orange crystal does not remove the orange crystal blocking the paths in the mansion basement
