The kitchen interaction is actually progression based you can’t start arranging things in the kitchen until the game tells you to, so that’s probably what happened.

Thank you so much! I'm really happy you enjoyed the visuals and narrative. The spooky vibe was actually intentional. I wanted it to reflect the protagonist's suffering mental state. I also planned to add gameplay mechanics around that idea, but unfortunately I ran out of time. I' am planning to update the game after the jam, so I will finally be able to add those elements.
