That's why I have not yet started playing the game at all. I'm just waiting for it to be finished sometime, staying excited of what will await me. It sure is frustrating this way too, but I know this is the right way of doing it. 
After playing Once in a Lifetime, I trust that Eternum is and will be absolutely epic and this is why I want to experience it only finished and as a whole.

So, @Bluhdwulf, maybe don't play v.0.9 and rather wait until the final release (which will probably take another year or so, as the momentary development speed suggests) and then start fresh again, with that distance, to maybe play the ending with renewed hype.
