Its not working for me just downloaded both none of the save or load options do anything it does autosave but id like to manualy save an load

i nust downloaded and am using joiplay but when i click the save icon nothing happens, same when i click import export etc i have to way to save and load 

im stuck during the festival on the summoner boss ive already had to use the star knightess power and cant beat him but nor acn i go back to an earlier save why the fuck are enemies in this game so hard im on normal...
