Is this game NTR? I don't like NTR, but I've seen reviews saying it has it.

I’ve already talked about the environments, so now I’d like to speak frankly about the gameplay: it’s just too easy. Aside from the wolf QTE—which is hard to see clearly—everything else is a breeze; even the original version was more challenging. I understand that if it’s too hard, people might get bored, but this feels a bit too simple. Could we get a difficulty setting in the next update? If not, that’s fine too.
