Can't post in Steam with My Main account because it's a hentai Game

Lost my save, Lost everything, really thought SteamCloud would save it

I lost everything after I thought I had to format my PC because of a backdoor virus, and I thought this had SteamCloud, but it doesn't, and I can't recover it with things like OneDrive either because first, I was using the free version and it was already full before I bought and downloaded the game and second even if it had the same I deleted everything from the bin because I thought all the file we're infected, tried to recover save files using Recuva but nothing :( and can't even comment in the community discussions with my main account profile  because I don't want it to be in the discussions of a hentai game :( I feel empty, afternoons spent playing this game building and shit and now nothing  :(

tell me this is not one of those games where I can't change my skin color to feel it's actually me playing, you know making the character customizable, for me it's not enough having customizable girls I want customizable mc
