Story mode is story mode. you start on night one and progress through the days and the characters. Arcade is the night club where all 4 girls are free to assault you after a time. It's also where you unlock sex scenes, earn money, and (if need be) pay off debts with your ass.

Good to know, last question. I noticed in 1.9 under arcade, there are a lot of anal videos but not sure how to get those. I've got the rest from the discord tutorials.
