I'm confused how to patch the game i followed but  I'm confused of what the root folder is

it happened again i got a second copy of a statue gallery after defeating the grunt in the Pokémon center  near the entrance of mt moon

i restarted the game and when i finished the quest for statue gallery  it got glitched i have it complete but when i opened the quest tab saying it wasn't complete 

i finished the quest and got the fourth badge but i still don't see her maybe because the quest statue gallery  is still active maybe thats why its not showing up for me

i can't seem to find the npc

thanks also for the side quest for Anabel saying go to viridian to see what team rocket is doing and i cant seem to find it is it

I'm stuck in the lab i cant figure out the right amount of the generators 

where is the link to the new update?
