All the new endings in the Revolution storyline, also you NEED to meet BDH for start of this storyline, and also it would be just good if you did church storyline to the best ending

The happy ending is the one where game isn't over i guess...

All the  endings in this game is game over, so try to kill yourself more often to unlock the most. However the 5 new endings is actually from the new storyline that only unlocked if you completed the revolution task and also met BDH. Only then you'll get the link to the organisation site via mail.

Check the "other section" in your inventory and activate the catalogue
