I can't get the game to open on either Windows or macOS. On Windows, nothing happens.

Any pointers as to where I am going wrong?

Hi, I have bought and downloaded both GP1 and GP2, but I can't start them. I get error 0xc0000005 on Windows. On macOS it doesn't work either. 

Can you help me please? I've just spent 50 $ on software I can't use.
