I'm trying to find all the secrets, but so far I've only seen the one in the attic.
I accidentally selected one of my servants do it with themself, and it caused them to completely vanish from my dungeon visually. The roster says she's there, but she doesn't appear in the Throne Room, and combat loads a completely black screen.
