My artwork looks like horse crap ompared to the others

I just joined the game jam, and the game I'm working on is a little different in terms of breaking the bank (you literally have to break a bank) Now I know I can't use copyrighted music which I'm not, but I found some royalty free music that would fit my game. Am I able to use it as long as I credit it in the game.

I'll give you an example. Say I want to use Blue Skies - Silent Partner, which has no copyright on it. Would I be able to use it?
