How do I restart the app? And clear the cache?

I was working on some character designs just today, and the next thing I know, this happened all of a sudden.

This happened to me SO many times on other Gacha Mods. I didn't think it would happen again in Gacha Plus!!!

I've used Gacha Plus since it was first released.

My storage is not full and I'm not sure about my device since it's a laptop

Can someone explain what's going on???

I done that so many times. And it did not work.

How do you restart the app?
