Yeah it's not very well explained, I'll make sure to update the itch page today to properly explain the flow and mechanics of the game
To apply chains, you need click the chain from the UI, and select the two tomatoes you want to chain up with left click, This doesn't work for cahining up 2 main tomatoes/potted tomatoes. Only between potted tomatoes and the elemental tomatoes
