you need the screwdriver to go into the vent in your office and you will go to the arcade.  For the other scenes you need the other stuff from the shop you will need the following items: cucumber, Alfread bear mask, screwdriver, champaign bottle, any companion, Christmas ornaments, mistletoe, and the candy. if you need help, you can go to YouTube there will be tutorials.

you can access more scenes by buying items in the the shop  (arcade mode). There are tutorials in youtube too.
