Great game, bit of a learning curve.
The single interview mode doesn't work for a template (profile editor) you make, because that template isn't a character. What you need to do is save a character in a normal interview and then you can single interview them. (You'll still need a model that'll be willing to get intimate, not all will be willing, even with cheats they will still refuse.)
