Very bittersweet take on the countdown theme

You did well to tell the narrative through the environment, in such a short experience I really got to know this character.

Well done,

I'm not crying, you are

Fun idea and definitely has potential! found it pretty cathartic putting things in the pot and seeing the icons change, especially the hotdog octopus :D the cursor sent me, that is hilarious

I think making the ready/burnt indicators a bit clearer and maybe adding some juicy SFX when something is cooked/burnt and also collecting combos would make the game feel a lot more satisfying too!

Fun idea and good 3D models and animations! Would enjoy a playthrough with even more weapons to try out!

Loading time between levels was not too long but with no visual indicator I thought it crashed at first, maybe a small touch but a loading icon or something would go a long way to make sure people stick to the end

The count being called "The Count" gave me a good laugh :D very on the nose for the theme

Nice one!

Firstly, congratulations on your first game jam! I hope you enjoyed the process and will continue to make more games :)

The visuals are very clean and look like a finished product, nothing low-quality here at all

The gameplay took a moment to get a hang of, but is pretty fun once you figure it out. I think it could work as a mobile game or a climbing rage game, perhaps with some more obstacles, soundtracks and polish it could become more than just a game jam entry! Good work!

A very fun little narrative full of puns/wordplay :D the intro gives it a very polished feel!

Enjoyed the visual style and platforming puzzles

After retrying a few times I did wish I could get Tok to go a little faster on the earlier obstacles. Maybe an item/button to speed up the time when you want to would help make the game feel more replayable?

Good work!

Clean puzzle game! Very polished visuals and sound, the levels introduce new mechanics very effectively and I had myself scratching my head on some of the levels. Good work!

I like the narrative and artwork!

Abilities could use some more VFX / SFX to feel more satisfying and give a bit more player feedback, I imagine there was some time constraint here for the game jam :)

I didn't read the tags!!! I thought it was going to be a nice date. She hit me with the yuno gasai face on the second topic I chose!! If it were a real date I would run for the hills, but since its just a game I stayed until the end in case we had a chance. Everything was going well until I brought up kids hahahaha

Some of the topics are questionable but I guess the path to finding love is not easy XD

Fun idea to throw into the game jam, had a good laugh and enjoyed the art :D It is very replayable and I can see this developing with more possible endings, topics and maybe characters :)

Love to see a story point and click! I have not seen other entries in this genre, it is very refreshing :) Managed to do all of the side quests and complete the game

I thought the elevator could go a bit quicker between the top floor and next one down, maybe adding momentum as you go to make it feel more satisfying?

I think if there was some indicator of which floors you already visited or other trackers would be useful, as some floors had nothing to do/collect and I found myself visiting them again when I forgot where I have been already :D

However it was only 4 days and you delivered a complete, polished game! Good work!

The cart momentum was very fun when racing through the straight aisles, a little more tedious in the produce corner areas with the collision scoring but overall movement is fun! Sadly in the web version I wasn't able to grab any of the produce so I couldn't complete the game but I had fun running around with the cart anyway :D You simulated real trolley movement well

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!

The cart controls are sadly unpolished, and the backwards pushing is a bug we found after the deadline :( however, if you look forward/up while pushing, it shall go forwards! If you look at the floor it pushes you instead xD

Thanks for your feedback!

Appreciated!

We certainly ran out of time to include a tutorial, but pleased that you made it to the end nonetheless!

I commend you on the score, thank you for giving it a good go!

Well noted on the bug. Unfortunately we noticed the backwards through the wall bug shortly after publishing hahaha

Played as intended - Thanks for checking it out! The employees get great benefits, worry not :)

My favourite submission so far

The many things you need to balance while clearing the backlog hits close to home, you really nailed it

Funny idea, great narrative, gave me a chuckle :D

Phenomenal art!

charming art style :)

I adore the character art

What a well polished submission! It gave me the vibe of those nintendo minigames :) Very fun and cute idea, love the narrative aspect as well

I can see potential in adding more obstacles, maybe increasing the pace or even reversing the direction of the clock to add some more variability. The 3D is well put together and satisfying! Good work Slime Team :D

Gorgeous art, for only 4 days I have nothing to say - stunning work!

Gameplay wise I think Zeus has a lot of idle time where you can get multiple hits in, so I think maybe balancing the difficulty will go a long way in making victory more satisfying

Very good animations and UI, good job!

Happy shopping!

Thank you!

The tutorial issue is a known issue, unfortunately we caught it only in the last hour of submission so we ran out of time to fix it. Thank you for your kind comments and raising bugs, really appreciated!

Concise little puzzle game with a lovely theme and nice designs. I enjoyed figuring out the time loop mechanic, and the moth to a flame theme is so cosy I am a fan

I would love to see more detail in the background and maybe some background music, but given the time limit it looks great already!

This is very bittersweet. The artwork is absolutely adorable, and the game loops sure is a loop! I felt extremely happy when my hamster went on holiday, only for the loop to continue...

Great execution and very creative take on the theme. I am happy to see a more narrative focused submission!

I have no idea what just happened, but it was fun

Love love love the artwork on the title screen!!!

Very cool concept with the heart beating mechanic. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any enemies or new places for me to go, so I wasn't sure what to do other than walking around and pumping my heart. Although, I did see some inaccessible areas, so it seems maybe there was more to the game that I wasn't able to experience

I would suggest some more on-screen pointers early on, unless this was just an unfortunate bug!

Very solid concept and I would look forward to you exploring this further

Very fun pace, and I really enjoyed the sound design in this game! The transitions between levels and animations when you win or fail are very seamless. The game loop is straightforward, but polished and fun. Excellent for just 4 days, good job!!

I love the artwork, the animations of both characters are very nice to look at and the character dialogue each loop was helpful in figuring out what the game is about. I think the game is a solid response to the 'Loop' theme!

However, it was difficult to tell if the hiding spots were helpful, most of the time I got caught and couldn't tell why. Maybe next time some kind of stealth indicator might be helpful to know if your hiding spot is effective?

The narrative was very concise and tidy, I enjoyed the game a lot after figuring out how to avoid the monster

Great job!!
