i love the game but now i have chronic shoulder pain after attempting to get all endings in 1 round to see the hidden ending (i failed)

i got a stroke reading the guide but i tried to get ending for endings, and i gave up after the 2nd full round

there will be dlcs coming out later yes? i was wondering if i bought the game on steam but the 18+ dlc here would it work?
