Comics require a far greater amount of visual assets to be commissioned, and that requires far more money than I have. What's more, I didn't want to make a comic, I wanted to make a visual novel, as I was inspired by a visual novel and wanted to try my hand at making one myself.

A visual novel is a novel first, with visual elements second. If you're looking for a comic, you should read a comic. The pictures are not the main draw in a written work.

Not all stories are games, and not all games are stories. I as the author had a specific story I wanted to tell based off of my own experiences, and having the player take on the role of me and make choices in what is an analogy to my life would make absolutely no sense in this context.

Roscoe is a character who was very heavily based on my own experiences in life, and a lot of those second chances felt very miraculous to me indeed. From a narrative perspective, though, that's perfectly valid criticism, and I appreciate your honesty very much!

Regarding the verbosity of it, it's something I admittedly have a tendency to do, but I wrote it the way I wanted to, and I'm happy with it. That in no means devalues your input, though, and should I decide to write another story, I'll keep it in mind as sound advice.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to read the story I worked so hard on for so long. It means the world to me that you were willing to give your precious time to my story. <3

Thank you so much! I sincerely hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
