i get that, the key change was pretty sudden but it honestly made me go 'woah' and took me a moment to process. the fx chain is pretty interesting, i dont think ive used sends in the middle of the chain instead of the end before so i might have to look into that. thanks for the reply!

freedom of the press is an interesting angle to take, i can see the influence from those news station themes (especially in sign off, reminds of those kinds of tracks they would use on local stations)

the intensity coming and going is a good catch, i thought it was a neat idea to try and portray how it feels to reach a goal after multiple attempts, which i guess in this case would be the chicken learning how to fly lol.

thanks for listening!

holup this would actually be a cool game to play, great progression through all the tracks, i really get the beautiful but eerie small town vibe

absolutely love this one, so much emotion packed into just 2 minutes

simluated haven really clicks with me. musically it's a very nice piece, and i can imagine how the song's serene vibe would come to sound dark and ironic in retrospect once this haven starts to unravel. really nice!

sounds really professional, crazy how all three were done in 48 hours. nice one!

really enjoyed how colourful and this entire track was, and the spoken word sections were a nice touch too

made in less than 24 hours is crazy, really gives off that wild west vibe

man, what a great entry

first encounter really caught me by surprise in a good way, i was not expecting that kinda energy after suspicions and short rest, and the chromaticism (at least i think it is) on the chords is a nice touch, very future core-esque. nicely varied compilation of tracks overall!

really effective and tasteful use of portamento on that synth lead, the use of a heartbeat as a kick is real nice too!

that key change was so smooth i almost missed it. between the subtle delay on the piano, the bitcrushed percs, the marimba and the melody, there's so much going on here. was there any saturation on the piano or was it just resonators? i like how it sounds so warm that it's close to clipping but not quite, gives it a bunch of texture

hello?! what an awesome track, those dnb section sounds real fresh

so much character in this one! the old family mystery vibe is really well-preserved throughout the four tracks as well.

yeah i think it was a product of me putting a bunch of improv'd takes together, if i could redo this id try to make the narrative more strongly guide the direction of the song, compared to what it is now. thanks for the feedback!

listening back to this, i get what you mean. it was supposed to add a bit of tension but the harp does kinda lead to nowhere lol. thanks for the feedback, glad you liked it!

big fan of this rearrangeable combination of loops based on game environment idea, im really liking the minimalist feel of this too

i like how the string plucks handover the rhythm to the percussion at like 1:24, that was a nice touch
