... I ended up getting to bed some time after 4:30 am, so I'm inclined to agree.

That fine, so long as you've reached a point in the game where you have access to those things. Right now all I can do is chop two pieces of wood, sleep for two full days, then chop another two, and repeat ad nauseam.

There seems to be something wrong somewhere: I can sleep for hours on end and still be exhausted. Sleeping nearly two days to recover from tiredness seems excessive.

Familiar-looking sprites/expressions, great writing, engaging storyline: only when I finished the demo did I realise that it's by THE Blayke.

Can't tell you how much I'll be looking forward to updates on this one.

Can we just not do the shotgun bit and do the other bit instead...?

I have to say that I didn't expect my first view of the ocean to be a place I've been to many times. Especially as I've never been to Japan! XD
