No Futa or Trans options. Maybe a trans character down the road but no plans for it currently.

The intention is to be able to avoid any and all romance or sex scenes with whomever you wish. The game is a work in progress so updates and changes are still being made to accommodate that goal. Hope that helps and thanks for your question.
