You would have to get 80 reputation, then ask Moonfall to tell you the story of Mosskit, go to the Fireclan border, there should be an X on the ground. Head to the warriors den, take Darkclaw's mossball and put it on the X, a cat should appear after a while, which would be Moss Shadow. Bring Moss Shadow too Bramblestar and you become leader, if you don't, check if you have 80 reputation.
To have kits, you first have to choose which cat you want
For Dustfur, you would need too be a warrior, ask to battle, decline training, and a option for mating should show up; just say yes and you would be mates
For Duskfall, it's the same thing with Dustfur, except after declining, bring him to the shore and splash him with water multiple time, then the option should pop up
For Breezestar, you would have to be female, and I think just by talking to her you can get the option
For Nightwhisper, same as Breezestar
For Cotton (forgot her prefix), play guess my number around 3 times, get them correct, then ask to play guess my number again, decline, and the option should show up.

Say "Yes" when she asks you to meet with her at the Fireclan border 9. Meet with her in Fireclan 10. Keep talking with her at the border at night, until she says "I think someone is related to you in Fireclan" something like that 11. Go to FIreclan after she says that
This is Riverheart a shecat born in Oceanclan she is forest born and is kind,smart,loyal,gentle and calm. Her mother was a kind and gentle shecat named Oceanbreeze while her father, who is a determined and brave cat named River Stone. Riverheart has 2 other sibilings one female one male, the male was called Nettlethorn and her sister was named Cloudsky. Together the 3 sibilings grew into outstanding warriors and eventually riverstone became Riverstar and appointed Cloudsky as his deputy. Riverstone was the oldest and Riverheart was the youngest, When they were born their leader was Cloverstar (female) and deputy was Troutsplash (Female). They lived happily together and when Riverheart died, they always honered her as the smartest riverclan cat they knew, riverstone the bravest and cloudsky the most gentle.

As three EmberClan cats advanced upon them, Riverheart stood tall, forcing herself to be a barrier between her kits and the encroaching danger. In a desperate struggle, her bravery shone like a beacon, but as the battle raged, the odds proved overwhelming. Despite the valiant efforts of all the queens, it was Riverheart who fell that night, shielding her kits with her life. Her sacrifice echoed through the camp, a testament to her unwavering love and loyalty, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of her clanmates, who would forever honor her as the fiercest protector of her family.

As A thunderclan cat fought riverheart he was suprised by her strength, but not for long they fought paw to paw until when riverheart was to exhausted the thunderclan cat dug his claw deep in riverhearts throat and sliced it open blood gushed out and the Ember clan tom bit the thorat again and riverhearts wail of pain filled the night as cats came to see what had happened the thunder clan leader looked at Cloverstar who on her last life then slashed at her and digging his claws in his stomach, killed her the other emberclan cats leaped at the other warriors and started to continue fighting and also eventually killed another young warrior who was named Minnowtail. At last the Emberclan cats fled as the Oceanclan cats finally, agasint all odds defeted them. Riverhearts mate Mistglow ran to Riverheart and buried his face in her fur and riverheart with her last words told Mistglow that her 2 kits shall be Moonkit, (female) and Sunkit (male)
