Hey everyone! Onto the final stages of balancing and testing my game before I submit it! I'd love for you to play the game and then take a short survey I have set up!

Thanks!

Hey everyone! Here's a little game I've been working on, still haven't thought of a name yet! What inspired me to make this was a combination of Mr. Game n Watch type games plus a mixture of that Chancy mini-game from Pokemon Stadium 2.

I do have a question for the GBJam community! What would be some good ways of balancing a game like this? Should I up the speed? The spawn rate? Or try a little of both? If you could see yourself playing this game, at what point would you say it should get more difficult? At a score of 10? or maybe a score of 50? This is kind of the hump I've started to climb over in these last few days!

This game looks so cool!! Can't wait to try it out

Okay cool!

Awesome!! Thank you! Also, when you build the project, are you using a 160x144 resolution for your game window to play in as well? Or are you up scaling it?

How would I go about getting the assets I've made in "Aseprite" into Unity and make sure they are of scale / correct dimensions. For some reason the camera no matter the resolution size / image size will not cover the entire screen to what I have saved. My background is 160x144, my character is 32x16 etc. etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I would love to hear any tips you might have to turn this into a grid based layout so that "spawning" objects at the correct spot and moving the character around is much easier and structured than guestimating.

I was wondering if there are resources for how to "format" photoshop to have the right size and grid etc. also some nice tutorials on how to construct pixel art. I'd love to take a crack at it and I have all the programs I need, but I don't know where to start.

Hey! I'm a Unity programmer, programming and using the Unity Engine for 4 years now. Looking for an artist that would want to work with me in this game jam! I'd love to see some work as well to get an idea of what you like to do/create!
