Yeah, the hand pump and enema bag appear on screen, i can use them but the girls do not visually change or anything they just stay in the first sprite.
The inflation does not work for any of them for me, the feeding works fine but the inflation just does nothing. I see a frame of the character inflated then it changes to the skinny version, I cannot inflate them at all.
