This game was really clever! It's an interesting puzzle mechanic that really gets you thinking. I'm on windows and the game window was glued to the upper left hand corner of my screen. It didn't impact the gameplay at all, just wanted to let you know in case you didn't. Nice work!

Really unique idea, I liked it a lot. I think having the definitions of words would be cool, although I'm sure that could give away what part of speech they are, so maybe just as an unlockable. Great job!

Congrats on your first jam game! This is a great start. When you respawn, you start off faster which is unexpected and lead to me just falling again sometimes (although I'm not great at platformers lol). I think placing the player a bit farther back from the edge or adding a short delay before starting again would help. Nice work!

Unique idea! I can see this becoming something really great if you polish it up. I had fun, like others have said, some audio would help and the upgrades are pretty pricey. You can time the hits pretty well but I think adding some anticipation through animation or effects would be nice. Seriously though, I think this has a lot of potential to become a captivating game. Great work!

Great take on the theme! I love fast-paced mini game games and I think this was a great execution of that genre. Would love to see where you go from here if you decide to keep working on it. I love Glorpo!

This was super fun! I didn't expect to get so sucked in. I like how you have to think about your next move and how you added the 'bonus' gargoyle every round. Also, so well polished and beautiful. Really great work!

Really creative and well done. You introduce new mechanics well and the learning curve doesn't feel too steep for me. Speed runs of this game would go hard. Nice work!

It does take some getting used to so thanks for sticking with it!

Haha, that's awesome to hear! Armlength is goated lol. Glad you had a lot of fun playing!

Totally agree. We have some plans to go back and refine things once voting is done. Thank you for the feedback and playing our game, it's greatly appreciated!

Hey thanks for playing! We have some plans to add items to collect that have different effects like bananas to refill stamina but I hadn't thought about hazards. It's definitely something we'll look into now. Thanks for the feedback!

Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!

Haha thank you! He is kind of Curious George like.

I love the little computer guy and I like the narrative you guys have going on! My one suggestion is to add coyote time. The platforms are small so sometimes I would run and jump off of them but hit space when I was just off the platform plummeting to my demise. Coyote time would help make the jumps a bit more forgiving. Great work!

Hey, nice take on the pop the lock game. I would suggest adding some mechanic to make it uniquely yours like something else happens when you hit the green space or there's some kind of constraint you need to work around.  Nice work!

So good! I love the way you skip the tutorial, accidentally did it my first try and was shocked lol. Very clever and funny. My only suggestion is that the sound you've selected should stay selected until you pick a new sound so that it's easier to place them. Really well done!

I love the artwork! I really enjoyed using the cable to pull me around, great mechanic. Plugging in the lights was satisfying and I'm glad you're able to walk around the world afterwards.

My only suggestion would be to map the inputs to the arrow keys (in addition to WSAD) so that players have the choice to do both actions with one hand or two hands. I think doing everything with one hand made some of the jumps harder for me personally. Other than that, I think it's fantastic. Well done!

Thank you! I love Loopini's art lol, his walk cycle is so good!

This game is awesome! It's giving old flash games which is what inspired our game too! A swing was a great idea for this, it gives you the right feelings of anticipation and satisfaction when you finally get the full loop. It would be nice to continue the game after looping so that all the upgrades can be unlocked. Additionally, everything should cost a little less or money should be earned faster as upgrades were a bit infrequent. Great work!

I love Loopini, very good name lol. I would suggest adding progressive difficulty so that things are easier at first, less people with simple orders and it continues to get harder from there. It was a bit overwhelming to get hit with all of these complicated orders when you just start but, once I got into the groove of things I did pretty alright. Nice job! :)

Super interesting concept. Like some others have said, I was confused with what I was doing for a bit but, I think that can be remedied with a short intro. I really like the atmosphere that the music produced. Felt like I was in a future dystopian world. Nice work!

Glad we hit that feeling. Thank you for checking it out!

Yay! I'm glad you liked it! We have plans to improve the feel and impact of the upgrades after the rating process is over. Thanks for playing!

Thank you for checking it out!

We were inspired by flash games so I'm glad we hit that feeling for you! Yeah, we wanted it to be more of a skill based game where you improve the more you play. Thank you for playing!

That's exactly what we were going for. Glad you liked it!

Haha, yeah it's a bit tricky. We have some plans to improve the difficulty after the rating process is over. Thanks for playing! Glad to hear you had fun!

Glad you liked it! Thanks for checking it out.

Super creative and polished! It's awesome that the puzzles work going to the cheese and going back to the ship. Great design. Really well done!

Stunning pixel art! I'd love to play the game again when you're able to progress. I gotta free him!

It's okay, he lives on! I'm glad you had fun! Thanks for checking it out.

Hello! I like your graphics and audio. The player character is charming. I think the background would benefit from a parallax effect to make it really feel like you're moving through a world. Additionally, it's quite short, expanding the level a bit or adding more creatures to lasso would help give the player a chance to get a better understanding of the mechanics.

Also, I would suggest allowing players to fullscreen the game as it's quite small on the webpage. In the game's settings on itch there is an option to do so.

Addicting and challenging! I quite enjoyed this little game.

Really fun and lovely artwork! I love the task variation and mini game aspect. The audio is killer too. Props to you all!

Came here from GMTK jam, fun game and awesome music!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for playing!

The way you incorporated looping was super smart and fun! The game loop feels good and makes sense. I think a little bit more time between encounters would help balance it so that you're not relying as much on enemy drops to win. Well done!

Cute and interesting puzzle game! It's a great way to learn about visualizing rhythm. Before this, I'd never heard of the wheel method so thank you for introducing it to me. I was slightly confused on the flute section because it seems like the flute part is more than one measure, but great work overall!
