I'd understand if you didn't of course, I've played a few games like this and I feel like anything that makes it different is worth it. But maybe like someone else said making NSFW optional and a setting could help? Otherwise just do what you want since it's your game y'know!
I wanna weigh in an say that I think this game is really cool, the gameplay feels unique enough, the music and art are both amazing. But please do go all in on the NSFW XD. There's not many pixel art games with good gameplay, art, music and scenes.
