oh!! you can hold up while in the water to jump higher, i think it's necessary here and i think i forgot to actually communicate that in the game whoops
Sorry this reply is really late but if you still haven't done it, you kind of need to get right to the edge of the water and sort of go as little to the left as possible while jumping, and jump from just below the platform so you don't hit your head
