I had some troubles, but in the end got it working - the HTML with an index file worked - but I also needed to tell itch.io it wasn't an executable to download, etc, in the interface there. Some of the options don't show up until you upload and set other config. Good luck!

I'm struggling to get my HTML5 ported over to itch.io - right now it just runs at micro studio.io (there is some CORS stuff, etc).

Is it possible to submit a URL, since it runs there fine, for now?

I'm making a classic "struggle for influence in a network of cities" thing, but with a twist: you don't see actual "state", you just see news articles generated based on that gamestate on demand. This is a fun use of AI/LLM I think, since it's doing something a human couldn't/wouldn't really do - write fake news with specific bias, style, and hidden tropes on the fly.

I'm using the wonderful `microstudio.io` to build an HTML5 client, and the game logic lives in AWS as a lambda.

I also have just 24 hours, and am at Treefort with my family, so not sure how far I'll get. I hope to swing by HackFort in person and get to meet some of you awesome people. Is there a specific place people are gathering and working, or just chatting?

That's impressive technically, and sounds like a fun game as well!

Hi! I'm Scot and I love X-Com and long walks on the beach. I've done one other GameJam -  on the microstudio platform, which I'm not sure I'll use here but love deeply. I made something called  Capitalist History Markov Chain Tetris there once and so I can never go back.

My daughter is playing at Treefort with her band (El Kabong, they're a pretty cool bunch of high school fresh people) so I'll be there in person - but not until tonight. Is the opening ceremony going to be visible online at all?

It's going to be a pretty abbreviated jam for me since I'm in transit with the family most of today, but I'm excited to try some ideas and maybe meet some like minded weirdos. Have fun!

That was way tighter and fun than you sold it as! Great ideas and execution - I really liked the shot pacing mechanic.
