here the other problem am facing other than black screen 

I play on cellphone and there are certain scene in game that has a black scene but a working dialogue and neon scene alway black out but has a working dialogue and sometimes I find a problem like errors

What is the difference  of full version and public version? And does public version means i can't have full gameplay on the game only on the certain point only? For example i can only have acces to chapter 1 but never have access gains to other chapters?
