how do i put in the codes?

I haven't been able to install it on windows or android.

android allows me to download the file, but it won't install the app (says the app wasn't installed).

Windows however, it doesn't even start. The one time it started, it stopped at like the halfway mark and wasn't able to start again when I retired (pressing the retry button will just give an automatic failed to download thing).

Can someone tell me what could be wrong since I did play this game before but now can't play it?
