looks like there is a problem with [GET OVER HERE], close and restart game and try catching the girl in the locker hall without leaving into another area before. did the trick for me

has to be the same girl 10 times, it's a little buggy, only works in the starting hall and you didn't enter another room. when you did, just close your game and continue than. (i used the same locker, don't know if it's necessary)
