You don't need any launcher. You only need to extract the 7zip archive you receive after purchase. Inside that archive, you'll find a .exe file. Run it, preferably as an administrator, to avoid any issues with saving progress.

I can only assume that you haven’t extracted the archive containing the game’s launch files. When you make a purchase, you download a .7z archive. Please extract it using a program like 7zip or WinRAR, and then run the game's .exe.

The problem with saves is that the Godot engine itself doesn't have a license, and it often happens that the .exe files created by Godot can be perceived as malicious software by the Windows OS, firewall, and antivirus programs. Therefore, administrator rights are needed in such cases for the correct reading and writing of data. =_=
