seems I have to pass on that... first map ever where my machine is going into groaning mode... as good as this map is (and it really is good!!!) I wish it would get a performance rework... I'm no modder but maybe the tree-thing got a little bit out of hands ;-)... however, if you have the equipment: play it!

yes, dislike facebook too but the file (May, 9th) is accessible without an account, actually it's pretty easy
would be too bad to let the map go: in respect of the agricultural landscape Westby & UMRV for my liking are the most outstanding US-maps... by far

to be honest: I expected just another desultory conversion of a FS19 map.. and what did I got?: the clearly best version of one of my all time favorite maps!!! I like the reworking of the South (which in RL actually is the North ;-), the better elaborated farms (and the pastures), the work you've done on the cities, the exchanged textures on the country lanes, the traffic on the river and the many new details like the small plane, the signs etc (and that's just after the first fly over)
huge job DJ Modding... thanks, thanks and thanks again!

thanks guys! now I can dive right into it on Sunday...

not that many maps out that look r-e-a-l AND and don't consist of super flat monsterfields - so I'm definitely in!
thanks for not making the small farm tiestall (would be great as an in-map placeable) garishly red like so often... just now i'm figuring out how to fill the 'beef'pasture with the red feeder at the small farm - the only animal trigger I've found fills the passage between the fences... I'll give it another try
anyhow,  huge thanks from my side!

custom (1st farm: 'White Farm Pack', 2nd: several collected mods which matched the 60s time scale)
the prebuild farms on the map are actually quite good and have unique features (like opening of the hayloft) but the silos and animal sheds were just to big for my current style

2nd farm pretends to be around 1966 (ok, you've to fiddle for that); thought as a more 'meditative' approach without helpers

thanks again for this! I l-o-v-e the area/terrain!

sorry for the delay MB Farms but it's summer and I have my hands full with other things (and leisure-time mostly is outdoor-time, that's why the farms are in their early stage; they are more or less on hold until end of real-life-August ;-)

first of all I mostly play small scale old style... when WESTBY came out also Bernie's farmpack got out so I HAD to build a farm with it: it's 1991, I liked the spot on the ridge and used GE to make neighbor's pasture my own

still playing this, and most likely will do for the whole FS22-period... two savegames with two totally different self-built farms... this map is far from perfect (which map isn't?) but so far it's the only north american map which hit my FS-nerve on spot... it has unique features and the terrain is rich in variety and not nearly as soporific as the one on so many other maps... definitely gives me the right feel (and I'm not from Wisconsin, not even from the same continent)... a note in passing: I really don't care what hip youtubers are doing, some of them don't even have a basic idea about farming ... so to the guys who created this: THANKS A LOT, you supplied and still are supplying me with many relaxing hours!!!

thanks, found this by accident (one of your car-mods at forbidden mods) and am totally flashed! so far I didn't get very comfortable with north american FS22-maps (Westby being an exception)... now one of my alltime favorites is back! will check this out after lunch! my sincerest gratitude!
