Although this is an apocalyptic game, I feel that the graphics bring me a sense of ease even when I have died. I enjoy the feeling of not being too stressed out during a game.

I really appreciate how you draw from your emotions to make your games. I think that it can be hard to be vulnerable and share emotions with a large group of people but you do and I applaud  you for that! I like the messages that you are conveying and I feel like I relate to them as well.

This is such a cute game I love it! It reminds me a lot of the quick draw game in  1 2 switch which is multiplayer game where you and another person see who draws and shoots quicker. I love the aesthetic and the music as well everything goes together so well.

This is really cool! I like that there is and option to create your own, for an OC, or generate a random character if you're having a block. I also love the music. Currently some of the text is blending into the shadows on the paper. A suggestion I have is maybe adding either a semi transparent layer under the text or changing the text color so that it is more readable.

I really enjoyed this game! My favorite ending was the mermaid ending, although I was scared to follow it incase it ate me or something. I think that even though the two backgrounds have different styles they still go together.

Unfortunately, the game didn't run for me either :( I think this is a really cool concept though, and the bug that you mentioned where the baby cries infinitely seems pretty realistic. Sometimes it just seems like a baby will cry forever and it seams like there is nothing you can do to help.

As I was heading through the diffrent rooms, I was worried that nothing would change even if I found the key in one of them, since I found the key in the second room and nothing changed. However, I was pleasantly surprised that when I went back to the big door, it let me in.

I agree with this suggestion, while I was playing I was able to make out which options I had to choose after some looking around, but making the choice word bigger or changing the color of the letter the player should press would bring more clarity to what the player should do.

Like others have said, I really enjoy the typewriter effect you had with your text! But my favorite part is the sounds that you used to go with the text in order to make it seem like it's typing. The sounds are creamy and nice and bring a sort of comfort, like the light in the game, despite the errie feeling.

I agree! I love the sequence of videos played at the start of the game. It feels quite cinematic and really draws the player into the game before it even starts.

First, I really love the look of this game (and the One Piece reference). It feels so relaxing even though some of the text is about overthinking. I'm not sure if I missed it or not, but a suggestions I have is adding a page flip sound effect! Originally I was going to suggest a page flipping animation but that seems like a lot of work, and I think that the sound would convey the same message and pull the player in even more.

Woah there are so many things in this game I would like to know about. I wonder how you were able to make it so the buttons screen was clickable and also how you created the typewriter effect and the loading screen? Overall very interesting game!

The first game that comes to mind when I think of a happiness point system is the Sims. Although not completely the same, it reminds me of their moods and aspiration bars that depend on you taking care of your sim as well as doing things they want to do. It also reminds me of Catt Small's game Sweetxheart, and the stress meter that changes based on your decisions.

This game reminds me of a story book, like the ones that open up movies. This is largely due to the music and writing of the game itself. It made me feel like I was getting teleported into the story.

This is a very interesting story. I didn't realize that some of the prompts change through each play through. In the end when you can either look in the mirror or look away, I think that is a great reflection of someone facing themselves for who they are and their mistakes or running away from them.

The asset looks amazing and I love the particles flying off of it. It gives the game a very magical/whimsical vibe. It feels like the book is calling for you to come closer and read it, and when you do a whole new world of secrets will be revealed. Purple also reminds me of wizards and magic orbs so that also contributes to the feeling I get from this game.

I enjoyed this game and it's message. I liked how you used your own picture (I'm pretty sure they are your own) in order to show memories. I also appreciate the transitions and the fade out of the game I would love to know how you did that

I love this game! The hand drawn illustrations and dialogue really bring out the personality. I also appreciate your choice of using red and blue to contrast the two characters from each other as well as which words you choose to highlight with which color.

This game is so cute! I love visuals of the diffrent smoothies you can make as well as the ingredients. I would love to see all of the diffrent combos you can make, and how many more you could make with one more ingredient. I wonder if there would be a simple and straight forward way to code that

I like the concept of a silent apocalypse that begins after you brush your teeth. The story has a lot of potential and I enjoyed the personality of the main character showing through the dialogue.

The graphics for this game are simple but really effective in conveying your story! I enjoyed the story line as well as the twist in the end, I got the good ending. I've been watching a bunch of NCIS recently so I felt like I was in the show for a second.

Right off the bat, I love the visuals on your itch page, it does a great job of teasing the game. I like that you can switch through pictures for your different themes. I also love the poetry your game generates, although it is random it still holds meaning.
