Nope, it's not accessible TwT. The post where the patch is attached is locked and says "Upgrade to Unlock" 

I guess it's not free anymore or maybe at the moment TwT

Is the NSFW version of the current patch not available yet? Whenever I go to Patreon page, it says I need to upgrade before I can even access the post or the patch TwT
